1. General Return Policy
At nu3Dge, we strive to provide the highest quality 3D printed products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to return the product under the following conditions:

4. Reporting Shipping Defects
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please report the issue to us within 72 hours of receiving the product. To report a shipping defect:

5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
