At nu3Dge, we prioritize efficient delivery to ensure your satisfaction. Depending on the lead time, orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of product completion. Lead times are effected by resupplying filament and backlog of orders. These may change without notice.


Order Processing Times:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of product completion, excluding Sundays and holidays.
  • Orders completed on Sundays will be shipped the following Monday or next applicable work day.
  • Holidays may incur additional delays.


Shipping Methods:

  • Standard shipping options are available, with expedited shipping upon request for an additional fee.
  • For bulk and wholesale orders delivered to customers within a 30-mile radius, delivery will be handled by a nu3Dge team member.


Delivery by nu3Dge Team Member:

  • Bulk and wholesale orders within a 30-mile radius will be delivered by a dedicated nu3Dge team member for a personalized and reliable service.


Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's delivery status.


International Shipping:

  • International orders may incur additional shipping fees and customs duties. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties imposed by their country.
